It’s a week where I need a little break from planning and cooking, so here’s a very basic, normal “What We Eat in a Week”. We turn to this kind of menu week after week, and the two recipes originally come from a Real Simple cookbook I bought right after my husband and I got married– tried and true recipes. Nothing fancy, but each meal satisfies everyone in the family. There’s nothing particularly “summery” about this plan, so feel free to use it whenever you want a copy and paste kind of meal. I’ve included a shopping list for you, too!

Monday: Spaghetti and meat sauce, garlic bread, Caesar salad
Tuesday: Beef Tacos with all the fixings
Wednesday: Golden Chicken with Tomatoes and Olives
Thursday: Chicken Souvlaki
Friday: Take Out Pizza
Saturday: BBQ Chicken Sandwiches, green salad, chips
Sunday: Grilled Flank Steak, caprese salad, rustic bread
